Employment Consultant

5 Star Service Fulltime role, working 9-5pm

As an Employment Consultant in the CIM Employment by Altius team, you will support clients with an injury, health condition or disability to address their barriers in relation to obtaining and maintaining long term suitable and sustainable employment. Altius Group delivers services to individuals nationally across Australia, where you'll be based out of our
**Beenleigh, QLD** branch. Part of the expanding Disability Services Business Unit by Altius Group which provides specialist support, guidance and partnership to help organisations and their people realise their health and work potential.

- You are great at building relationships and enjoy working with employers, training organisations and other community services

- Administration, case management and program compliance

**To be considered for the role**:

- Prior experience in Disability Employment Services, Job Active, Transition to Work, or Workforce Essentials.
- Genuine interest in working within Disability Employment Services
- Full working rights in Australia
- Wiliness to obtain a National Police Certificate
- Wiliness to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Willing to obtain a Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
