**Must haves**:

- Focus and drive. Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail. Proactive management of daily recovery in our Sew Centre department.
- Excellent time management to ensure promo and catalogue set ups by due date
- Capability to manage store opening & closing as needed
- Passion for fashion and/or dress making a bonus
- A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
- A resilient & innovative problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)

**Team Leader responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
- Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
- Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example
- High volume stock management
- Visual Merchandising - design aesthetic
- Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups)
- Assist in recruitment and training and development functions
- High volume stocktakes
- Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
