**About you**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure we are engaging with members and players in a manner that encourages their continued engagement with, and promotion of the Club.
- Ensure that our customers and potential customers are aware of the coaching programs, social Padel, league and tournaments that we provide.
- Ensure our premises are maintained in a clean, safe, and tidy manner.
- Ensure you deliver effective padel coaching sessions to individuals, groups and schools.
- Ensure you deliver content for the marketing strategy.
- Ensure you are engaged in the delivery of all tournaments.
- Ensure communication and engagement with the team is ongoing for improvement of coaching programs and protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous padel coaching experience - 3 years.
- Previous administration in padel club.
- Demonstrated highly competitive padel level.
- Working with Children Check Certificate.
- Own transport.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize, train and motivate others.

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
