**What are we looking for?**
At Slater and Gordon, we are committed to seeking compensation for our clients, especially our Workers Compensation clients. Our Lawyers understand that our clients suffering a workplace injury, this can present major hurdles to overcome. They support our clients every step of the way with care, understanding, flexibility and support. They take care of the legal needs, so our clients can take care of their recovery.
Come and join our incredibly well-established Perth Office and form part of the Workers Compensation team. Ideally, we are seeking an experience Personal Injury Lawyer with at least 5 + years post admission experience.
In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, you can manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Management of a file load
- Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
- Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
- Building rapport with our clients in an empathetic and understanding way
**What will you bring?**
- Ideally 5+ years Post Admission Experience
- Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
- Experience in running multiple files end to end
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly
- Be a team player with a friendly and compassionate demeanour
