**About this role**:
This top-tier Australian Architecture studio known for their exceptional and multi-award winning public/cultural, residential and commercial buildings are seeking an assistant BIM Manager to join their team. You must be a confident ArchiCAD user and have experience providing support and coordination of systems and procedures within a fast-paced team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce documentation with technical excellence
- Work across a diversity of sectors and scales
- Ensure highest quality work standards are maintained
- Perform assigned tasks independently
- Work collaboratively with peers and leadership team
- Conduct training sessions on ArchiCAD BIM software for both individuals and groups
- Provide troubleshooting and assist team on demand
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ArchiCAD and BIM to ensure content remains current and relevant
- Support project documentation and collaborate with senior team members to understand project deliverables

**Skills and Experience**
- Full working rights in Australia
- Completed qualifications in Architecture or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an ArchiCAD user: in-depth knowledge of ArchiCAD software, including advanced features and functionalities
- Clear communication, verbal and visual, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to different audiences
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working on local high quality projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees and create a positive learning environment
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously
