**About this role**:
Are you passionate about architecture and BIM? Are you experienced in using ArchiCAD and want to share your knowledge with others? A highly desired design practice in Sydney is currently looking for a motivated ArchiCAD expert to work in a hybrid role on the documentation of Residential and Hospitality projects, while supporting the office as an ArchiCAD trainer and leading office standards. As a BIM Trainer, you will be responsible for developing templates, delivering high-quality training sessions, and helping employees enhance their BIM skills and maximize their efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on ArchiCAD BIM software for both individuals and groups
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and training manuals
- Assess the training needs of participants and customize training to meet their specific requirements
- Provide guidance and support to trainees, offering solutions to challenges and answering their questions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ArchiCAD and BIM to ensure content remains current and relevant
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving BIM workflows and processes
- Support project documentation and collaborate with senior team members to understand project deliverables

**Skills and experience**
- Completed qualifications in Architecture or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an ArchiCAD user: in-depth knowledge of ArchiCAD software, including advanced features and functionalities
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong technical documentation skills including detailing
- Previous experience working on local high quality projects in residential & hospitality sector
- Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to different audiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees and create a positive learning environment
- Ability to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver engaging and informative sessions
- Problem-solving skills to address trainees' questions and challenges effectively
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously
- ArchiCAD certification or relevant professional certifications will be a plus
