**About the role**:
This position is a part-time role within the hospital’s Dietary Services team, combining responsibilities across both Catering Assistant and Kitchen Hand duties. The role supports the safe, efficient, and high-quality preparation and delivery of food services to patients, staff, and hospital departments.

**Hours Breakdown**:

- 2 x Catering Assistant Shifts
- 3 x Kitchen Hand Shifts
- Total: Approximately 34.9 hours per week

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and team members
- Strong customer service focus and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and works effectively as part of a team
- Understands and applies safe food handling and hygiene practices
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety documentation
- Maintains excellent personal hygiene and professional presentation
