**About You**

To be eligible for the position, you will need to have a **completed Certificate III**in Early Childhood Education and Care, a current** First Aid**and **CPR** Certificate, a current **Working with Children Check**, and a **Child Protection** Certificate. The role requires availability on **Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays**. These qualifications and availability are essential to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children while meeting the requirements of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
