We are looking for experienced Female Support Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at the care center/home and also improve their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.

Our program delivers in the centre/home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

**What does your new role look like?**
- Providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Experienced care workers assist customers with personal care support including, showering, toileting, feeding assistance and help with transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
- Reporting any issues or changes in the customer’s health and well-being through the appropriate channels and protocols

**About You**
- Minimum 2 year or above experience is required for this role
- Holding Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Ageing Support
- Valid WWCC (working with children check)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (preferred)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Covid-19 Vaccination Cert
- Applicants at the time of their interview will be required to provide **two professional references.**

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
