- Building relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Monitoring competitors' marketing strategies and adjusting the company's approach to stay competitive.
- Designing and presenting sales pitches or proposals to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Sales & Marketing. You should have a strong focus on achieving sales targets and confidently communicate our value to clients at all levels. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead and develop the sales and marketing strategies for Everest Homes, with a strong focus on building brand awareness, generating leads, and maximizing sales. You will be collaboratively working with key departments to ensure that our offerings align with market trends and client needs.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
