Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a highly Motivated and Experienced retail assistant to support the business owner in the day to day running of the business.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff to ensure we deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
- Contributing a high level of personal machinery sales
- Maintain communications with existing customer to generate additional sales opportunities
- Plan and deliver advertising campaigns.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock merchandise, and ensure proper product placement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Train and mentor new and existing employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Process transactions and handle cash management responsibilities.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Present monthly reports and performance to company directors and outline future business plans

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Previous Experience in "Big Ticket Retail Sales.
- Previous Experience in selling Consumer and or Commercial Finance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in Performance Management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Donnybrook WA 6239: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Big Ticket Sales: 3 years (required)
