Driven by growth and an expanding customer base, Liebherr’s Earthmoving division has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Field Service Technician based in the Nowra region working from your home base. Reporting to the NSW Service Manager, this role is responsible for safe, efficient and compliant diagnostic, maintenance and component replacements services to our customer base across the South Coast of NSW.

This role is suited for an experienced field service technician/ plant mechanic who thrives with autonomy and is passionate about maintaining high standards of work and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis on heavy machinery
- Major and minor services
- Inspect and test electrical and instrumentation systems and components
- Routine maintenance, repairs, and component replacements
- Complete Service Reports
- Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field
- Organising your own jobs and quoting
- Adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace

**About You**:

- Trade qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive Plant experience
- MUST have an MR Licence
- Flexibility to travel and work over-time as required
- Capable of working independently in the field, problem solving in various situations.
- Ability to fault find and rectify hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues
- Air conditioning ticket advantageous
