Novofit Pty Ltd is seeking a self-motivated and skilled Service Technician. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

**GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
NovoFit’s point of difference is our holistic approach to partnering with our customers and assisting in full solution design. The Field Service Technician reports directly to the National Service Manager and forms an essential link in NovoFit’s Service chain. Technicians are required to work closely with our Service team in order to provide timely, knowledgeable and best-in-class service to meet and exceed customer expectations every time.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain adequate and relevant spare parts supply in your van
- Assembly and disassembly of highly technical equipment
- Operate and coordinate daily schedules via tablet online
- Update our online portal with works status and completions
- Diagnose and fault find equipment for repair, maintenance and service
- Carry out service and repairs using multimeter as required
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Work collaboratively with our service team
- Ensure that equipment is repaired and serviced in a safe and timely manner
- Always maintain compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements

**KEY MEASURES**:

- First time fix rates
- Adequate and relevant information maintained in Fitness EMS (online job management portal)
- Customer satisfaction
- Job efficiency rates

**Salary**: $62,000.00 per year
