**About the position**:
This full-time position will be based at Scanlan Theodore Head Office, in South Yarra and will report to our General Manager and oversee the entire retail structure. The position works closely with many of our department leads.

The position needs to build on the foundations that are already in place, drive and inspire the retail team and take a strategic approach to devliering an exceptional client experience.

**What are we seeking?**
- A passionate leader who empowers and inspires employees, this displayed in your track record of experience
- Experience in project management, people management, budget/financial management and delivering strategic objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with extensive experience in influencing, negotiating and driving conflict resolution.
- Proven leadership & retail experience teamed with an existing level of confidence and a commitment to learn
- Master Business Administration (MBA) qualification, or related courses is desirable
