- Provide HMPS Group customers with any required field work, including servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, training and modifications for HMPS Group equipment.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Respond to breakdowns, problem solving and implementing solutions effectively
- Install new equipment
- Execute modifications and upgrades of existing machines
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Deliver clear and timely communication
- Effectively manage your time and deliver seamless customer service
- Travel both locally, interstate and internationally

- Mechanical Trade qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience post apprenticeship
- Hold a restricted electrical licence or a full NSW electrical licence
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- PLC experience is a big advantage as is a background in the packaging industry with experience supporting high speed production machinery
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic
- Possess a current and valid driver's licence
