**THE ROLE**

The Project Delivery Specialist - High Rise Redevelopment leads a collaborative and innovative team responsible for transaction management and project delivery activities to ensure successful delivery of large-scale redevelopments as part of the High-rise Redevelopment Program, Australia's largest urban renewal project.

The Project Delivery Specialist - High Rise Redevelopment coordinates multi-disciplinary teams and manages a range of commercial interactions with developers and project management activities to deliver commercially viable and high-quality outcomes for Government. This requires relevant experience and a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors in terms of project delivery coupled with a track record of successfully delivering large scale and complex projects within a public sector environment.

**Are you**:

- A strong project manager with demonstrated ability to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed and engaged in a fast-paced and flexible environment?
- Experienced in Ground Lease Model and Development Agreement transactions on major social infrastructure and/or High Value High Risk (HVHR) projects with the skills and ability to manage all stages of the project lifecycle including transaction management, complex design development and construction delivery under a PPP model?
- Able to navigate a multitude of approval pathways and processes within Government as required over the project lifecycle?

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Lead the commercial procurement processes for projects in accordance with the agreed probity and process frameworks, High Value High Risk (HVHR) guidelines and Partnerships Victoria guidelines (where relevant).
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end transaction process including development of the transaction documentation, Public Sector Comparators, land & lease valuation processes, developer engagement, transaction procurement processes, evaluations, and contract & financial close processes in accordance with government timelines.
- Successfully engage and negotiate with government stakeholders, GLM-PPP sponsors, developers, builders, community housing agencies and other key industry players.
