Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:
The Clinical Nurse (CN), nephrology is responsible for the delivery of safe and compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The CN engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct person-centred care. Based in the renal and apheresis service, the clinical nurse is instrumental in providing collaborative family-centred care whilst promoting safe and professional standards of nursing practice and conduct; while providing support and direction to other nursing staff, students and the interdisciplinary team. The clinical nurse position will be required to participate on an on-call weekend roster. Monday
- Sunday shifts may be required at times; however the service predominately operates Monday to Friday.
