**About the role**
Ventia deliver asset management, rehabilitation & maintenance services for the Western Roads Upgrade (WRU) Project - a Major Roads Project. We are seeking a Works Program Planner to join our team and manage create ensemble of works programs, streamlining activities, maximising value and minimise risk and cost to Ventia and the WRU project.

This is a permanent full time role, based at the Western Roads Upgrade office in Laverton, VIC.

**Duties**:

- Support the business streams in developing and implementing work programs in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Plan and allocate asset maintenance works to trades, staff and subcontractors
- Regular review of maintenance plans and process
- Coach and development of staff to ensure Planning, Monitoring & Performance processes are embedded at all levels of the business.
- Provide Planning, Monitoring & Performance support to the management team

**About You**
- A minimum 5 years of effective project management and planning experience
- Advanced use of program software - Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Civil Construction experience
- High level of experience of month-end reporting and procedures
- Understanding of contract conditions and relevant legislation
