**The Centre**_
- Bubup is a community run, not-for-profit organisation providing integrated early learning and care services to the community. We provide the Community Outreach in our Reception including; Bubup Pantry, Swap Shop, Weekly Food bags and yearly Christmas hampers for vulnerable families, Parent Zone and Community Support Zone_
- We have a wonderful location, positioned across numerous parks surrounding us. We utilize these invaluable assets throughout our Excursions and Bubup Bush program and embedded throughout our philosophy._

We have a large team of early childhood professionals and acknowledge that everyone is at a different place in their professional journey. In addition to our room leaders, we also have 4 experienced Educational Leaders and our Director of Education who support and mentor each team member through their professional journey as they gain confidence in their skills and understanding as an early childhood professional.

- **The primary objective of the Educator role**:_
- To provide a high-quality learning program and safe environment for all children and their families in collaboration with a team of early childhood professionals. The educator will contribute to supporting, preparing, and implementing an education and care program based on up-to-date knowledge and understanding of child development for children aged 0-5 years within the guidelines of the National Quality Framework. The educator will contribute ideas and observations to the program and incorporate family’s feedback._
- **Suitable applicants must have**:_
- _Having Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care/Children's Services, Certificate III, Diploma, Bachelor or Master_
- _Current Working with Children Check_
- _Current First Aid, Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Certificates_
- _Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards_
- _Having years of working experience and a passion for working with children in 0-5 years old_
- _Child Protection Training_

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
