**West Coast Montessori Child Care Centre**
WCM collective focus is on delivering exceptional service that achieves our vision and meets community expectations. An exciting opportunity for an experienced 0 - 3 3 - 6 Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator with ACECQA registration is required to join our team at our Port Kennedy and Rockingham childcare facilities. The facilities are open Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 6pm, full time hours 38hrs per week.
The Montessori approach is based on mutual respect and co-operation. Our Centre is small by design and has a wonderful community feel where every child and family is treated as an individual.
If you are an educator who has stepped into a Montessori classroom and grasped the essence of what is Montessori education or someone who is interested in continuing your knowledge, skills and understanding of the Montessori method of learning, we'd love to hear from you.

Each child in our care will be guided and facilitated to reach their full potential through the recognition that not all children learn the same way. It is our duty and responsibility as educators to provide an environment rich in choice and possibilities.

- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
- Current WWCC.
- Great personality with a professional manner and appearance.

- A strong level of communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, families and the community.
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
