**Position Overview**

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join the team at our Brisbane City store. If you are physically fit, energetic, and love scooters - we’re looking for you

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to provide exceptional customer service
- Sell our extensive range of exciting products, working alongside our passionate and dedicated team
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and proactively engage in training
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet sales targets
- Assist the management team in executing store operational activities
- Take ownership of opening and closing responsibilities
- Availability to work at other locations across Southeast Queensland, particularly our Mount Gravatt location

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 12 months experience in retail customer service and sales
- Flexibility with hours and scheduling
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- An organised person who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A proactive person who enjoys problem solving
- Capable of heavy lifting in a hands-on, physical environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
