We are looking to employ an enthusiastic Senior Dental receptionist/ Practice manager who has
- 4 to 6 years of of total work experience in a Dentala practice.
- Must have solid knowledge of Dental practice environment
- A senior dental receptionist who has great handle on patient life cycle management
- (Acquisition, retention, customer satisfaction) is Mandatory
- Considerable exposure to working in a preferred provider practice.i.e Medibank, Bupa..
- This role will be responsible for growing the client base closely working with marketing team, automating mundane tasks, improving efficiencies and reducing waste while providing greater benefits to clients
- Focus is patient acquisition/retention and brand building, by working with clinicians, Dental Assistants and marketing team.
- This role will also have responsibilities of treatment co-ordination and supplier management, by closely working with other receptionists, accountant, DA's and practice principal
- Great communication skills combined with people management capability to lead a team of receptionists and DA's

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
