**About the Centre**:
**Conveniently located at 26 Lawley Street, Kedron, near Chermside Shopping Centre and public transport options, Kids Academy Kedron offers early education and care for children aged six weeks to five years. We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Be supported by a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager and work with a well-established, long-standing team of Early Childhood Professionals.**

**About the Role**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
