**The role**
Crown's Nightclub space is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join the team. If you enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment this could be your next exciting opportunity

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue - drink preparation and delivery, maintaining of service areas and opening and closing duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront.
- Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and guidelines are followed.

**About you**
To be successful you’ll bring the following
- Previous experience in a fast-paced nightclub, high volume bar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge around a variety of alcoholic beverages including spirits, cocktails and other related products would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels.

**Additional Information**:
This role requires:

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A valid Victorian RSA certificate

This role requires a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a copy of the certificate to be submitted during the recruitment process. If you don’t hold a current RSA, please visit RSA Training in Victoria to explore how to obtain one.
