We are seeking experienced
**Roadhouse Management Couple** for this very busy tourist complex located in remote South Australia.
Catering to overnight visitors and passing travellers the venue is open 24 hours 7 days per week and features onsite motel accommodation, caravan park, bar, retail outlet, restaurant, gaming facilities and fuel outlets.
You will work for one of the best employers in regional Australia that own and operate several properties in South Australia & the Northern Territory.
**Package**:
- $150,000 Combined Salary
- Free Accommodation & Meals
- Accommodation is a two bedroom unit attached to the roadhouse with bathroom and living area
- + Annual KPI Bonus Structure
**Duties**:
- Complete day to day management of the roadhouse in a hands on capacity assisting in & overseeing all areas including bar, accommodation, fuel, restaurant and grounds
- Recruitment, training, rostering and mentoring of on site staff
- Management of stock including stock control, stock ordering, freight logistics and regular stock takes
- Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes
- Processing of time sheets and invoices through to accounts office
- Monitoring of budgets for cost control, wastage and wage costs
- Regular reporting of income, expenses and general business to company directors based off site
- Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
- Monitoring of the power generators, desalinated water plants etc
- Adhering to liquor licensing regulations
- Liaise with local suppliers, police, liquor licensing and communities when required
- Must have previous remote area experience
- Previous experience managing a roadhouses or similar
- Be willing to make a minimum 12 month commitment
- Be able to obtain a SA Liquor License & gaming License
- National police check required
