Our client is Australia's fastest growing online fashion retailer, designing the hottest new trends in the market. As the business continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Buyers Assistant.

As a Buyers Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the head buyer across administrative and operational tasks including but are not limited to:

- Assisting in researching products, suppliers, and market trends.
- Managing and updating product catalogs and pricing information.
- Processing purchase orders and tracking order status.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or inventory.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment efforts.
- Providing general administrative support to the purchasing team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in the retail industry.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
