Tijuana in Manly is seeking experienced and passionate** Full-time Bar Supervisors**to join our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant.

We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for bartenders who share our passion for fun and great service.

If you have bar experience, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a love for South American flavours, this position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing of the bar
- Maintenance of bar area
- Preparation and ordering for the bar
- Helping with designing of menu
- Helping with service at times

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of experience as a cocktail bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work full time
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid work rights in Australia
- RSA Certificate
