**Our Client**

Our client is a leading boutique accounting firm in West Perth with an excellent reputation of retaining staff by rewarding them with benefits and bonuses and creating an exceptional office culture.

The role provides support to the team of 3 Directors and 12+ staff by being front of house and supporting the Client Services Manager in providing client services responsibilities and duties including but not limited to the following:

- Provide administrative support to accounting team
- Maintain client database
- Prepare fees and invoices
- Collate financial reports
- Liaise with ATO and ASIC for all reporting requirements
- Other general administrative duties including scanning and filing
- Ordering of office supplies
- Reception cover, greeting clients, managing meeting room bookings etc.

Essential skills required are:

- Minimum two years’ experience working in reception/admin, ideally within an accounting or legal firm
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Great communication skills
