What You Can ExpectWhen a patient requires orthopaedic surgery, a medical device loan set containing instruments and implants is required to conduct the procedure. These loan sets, with several equipment pieces, are assembled, and inspected by our team, before heading out of our warehouse to the surgeon’s operating theatre.
- How You'll Create ImpactReporting to the Customer Support Specialist, the Assistant Loan Set Representative will:

- Receive & confirm customer bookings
- Picking, packing and building medical kits for customer orders
- Dispatching & receiving medical kits for customer orders
- Replenishing & tracking medical kit inventory on computer software
- Processing orders & invoicing
- What Makes You Stand Out- Previous experience in Medical Devices Loan Sets/ Sterilisation Techniques or Hospitality highly regarded but not essential
- SAP, RF Scanning/Barcoding experience will be advantageous
- Process-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail
- Team player with excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
- Available to do overtime and weekends during busy period
