**The opportunity**
We are seeking a talented **Armament Technician**to support Boeing's Air Combat and Electronic Attack Sustainment Program (ACEASP) within the Armament team.
This role is based at**RAAF Base Amberley QLD**.
As an **Armament Technician** you will:
- Undertake technical and engineering change processes within the ACEASP Armament Engineering team.
- Co-ordinate with other ACEASP Armament team members performing Super Hornet and Growler armament and life support system in-service support activities.
- Demonstrate competence to seek, and hold delegated authorities under the DASR framework.
- Develop internal and external customer relationships in support of ACEASP.
- Process technical and logistics data to support technical changes to Super Hornet and Growler armament related systems.
**To be considered for the role you will have**:
- Experience in a technical/engineering role, preferably with aircraft/armament systems experience, ideally with, but not essential, previous or recent Defence aircraft systems experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a technical/engineering team in a systems support environment, preferably within Defence aviation.
- Technical qualifications in a relevant discipline.
**Applicants must be Australian Citizens and have a current NV1 Defence security clearance.**
