Our educators provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment where children can explore, play and learn at their own pace. The early years learning service caters to 60 children, and this role will be with the pre-kinder age groups. The centre has a tranquil feel to it - staff are engaged, and children clearly feel secure to be themselves. This is reflected in the multiple A&R ratings exceeding 7/7.

In addition to all this, staff have access to a staff retreat. The retreat is located a few doors down from the service itself and is a multi-level building. Inside the building is an Educator's dream - a small gym, kitchen and lounge area, separate offices for planning time and a library. Plus, you can utilise an entire level of learning resources as you see fit. The perfect place to unwind and take a tea or lunch break.

**About you**:

- Completed Diploma in Child Services or equivalent (Recognised by ACECQA)
- A strong understanding of play-based learning
- Value the importance of working as a team
- Can demonstrate responsive and meaningful interactions with children
- Confident when communicating with families and other educators
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification and valid WWCC
- Must have a high level of competency in written and verbal English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
