Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Analyst to join our Melbourne team. You will deliver Mirvac’s This Changes Everything sustainability strategy and IIP ESG strategy across the Integrated Investment Portfolio and development pipeline.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Participate in the delivery of Mirvac’s This Changes Everything strategy and IIP’s ESG targets
Technical Services integrated suite of services - actively Support and contribute to Capital Works, Technical Operations, HSE and Asset Technology
Comply with Mirvac Minimum Standards, business policies, governance procedures and statutory requirements
Ongoing “situational” Ad-hoc Advisory Services
Support the Sustainability Reporting Manager and Senior Sustainability Analyst in recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and the development of the Sustainability Team
Focus on excellent customer service, collaboration, innovation and creating effective working relationships across IIP & Mirvac, and where necessary, external stakeholders

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have a proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship management skills, project management, risk and governance expertise and strong time and resource management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills, experience and understanding of building operations and a willingness to willingness to learn and innovate is crucial for this role

Finally, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the business strategy, flexible approach to meeting customer’s needs and work well in a team environment and with various stakeholders
