Catering Kitchenhand

Sevenoaks Catering is a corporate drop-off catering service that provides quality and well presented food to businesses and schools around Perth. We are looking for a Part-time/Casual Kitchenhand to join our growing team.

Punctuality is critical.
- Be able to work weekdays morning
- Be tidy and organised
- Have good knowledge and experience in food preparation work
- Be able to work under time pressure
- Work well with other team members
- Attention to detail
- Show initiative
- Previous experience in a catering company will be preferred
- Have own transport
- Good knife skills
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities include:

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Food preparation as directed (sandwiches, salads, fruits, sausage rolls, cut and marinade meat etc), meeting dietary requirements
- Assisting in misc kitchen duties including cleaning and organising kitchen according to hygiene and safety regulations
- Communicate with each section regarding food preparation and planning
- Occasional ad hoc deliveries so driver license is a must

Early morning start. No nights. Weekdays only (need to be available on Monday and Friday). From 6am weekday.

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- kitchenhand: 2 years (required)
