We have an opportunity to hire a Technical Sales Assistant, in a role which will require a variety of duties in New South Wales.

The role is suited to someone living in Central Coast / northern Sydney.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Employee would be working closely with company Director who is currently over all of Sales.
- Employee would learn from them and take on a lot of the work
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide quotes to potential customers
- Build and maintain successful relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing opportunity identification
- Facilitate equipment sales
- Assist in the management of equipment rental

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrate previous sales experience in a similar environment
- Have a practical understanding and/or experience in concrete works
- Previous experience in machinery operation is required
- Ability to monitor your own success in an autonomous environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Be passionate about the construction industry
- Be willing to travel interstate as required
- Have sound prospecting, negotiating and closing skills
- Gain a solid understanding of Carmix machinery
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence and have your own transportation
