**Are you a coffee enthusiast with a knack for creating the perfect brew? Nonna's Italian at Harbourtown Outlet Shopping Center is looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team full-time**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of professional barista experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
- A passion for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, from silky lattes to bold espressos.
- Bonus: Experience making cocktails and crafting daily beverage specials will set you apart
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability for full-time work, with flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:30 PM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing a wide range of coffee beverages with consistency and care.
- Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Mixing cocktails and crafting creative daily drink specials to complement our menu (a plus).
- Engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Nonna’s Italian special.

Pay: $24.10 - $48.00 per hour
