Become a Client Services Advisor, and have the unique opportunity to work with all of the stores in the Louis Vuitton ANZ retail network.

Contribute to driving the performance of two stores: Client Services Australia & Client Services New Zealand.

**About the role**

As part of our Client Services team, you will participate in the omnichannel evolution of the brand. You will be at the centre of our digital store solution, providing a luxurious experience, helping our clients purchase across all channels.

As a **Client Services Sales Advisor**, you will be a genuine omnichannel booster and sales accelerator; ensuring the Louis Vuitton promise is continued to be delivered to every client, regardless through which channel they are purchasing. You will dare to discover your clients and their every need and provide exceptional standards of service with the whole of our product universe at your fingertips

You will establish yourself as an elevated and trusted personal advisor; confident in proposing pieces from our latest collections and providing solutions that leave our clients feeling enriched by their experience.

**What we require**:
Passionate sales drivers who enjoy building genuine and meaningful relationships.

The personal drive to succeed beyond the day to day.

An interest in omni-channel operations.

Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service and confident across multiple sales channels such as live chat.

A collaborator who loves working as part of a team.
