**About the role**
The role of the Spare Parts Team Leader will be to work with our Chief Operating Officer and Global Customer Support Director to support the SLAs on foot in the business, as well as fulfil ad hoc customer requirements for spare parts and Customer Support team requirements for spare parts.

A key objective is to ensure the timely communication of any potential supply changes to external and internal customers locally and overseas and to ensure Production parts are always prioritised ahead of spare parts requirements.

As a Spare Parts Team Leader, the role will be expected to assist with continuous improvement projects such as min./max volumes required to be held in Amsterdam and Los Angeles of spare parts.
- Work with the Engineers and Inventory to build Service BOMS for service kits
- Accurately identify, receive and process required parts from service documentation
- Create and manage work orders against the Client Service plan ensuring continuous and effective manufacturing workflow and appropriate stock levels
- Review packaging specifications for service kits and ensure kits are packed in a timely manner
- Develop and grow the spare parts process, product offering and solution ensuring a consistent and quality offering for Tritium spare parts for all customers
- Regular cycle counts of internal stock holdings and support stocktakes
- Providing support to the warehouse staff as needed
- Work to prioritise sales orders, work orders and transfer orders so that Production parts are always prioritised ahead of spare parts incl requirements for Amsterdam and Los Angeles
- Work closely with your counterparts in Amsterdam and Los Angeles
- Assist with various projects with cross functional teams in relation to spare parts

**About You**
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem solver Experience with MRP/ERP systems that may cover - NetSuite, SAP, ORACLE etc.
- Understanding of Supply Chain and contractual delivery requirements
- Experienced in maintaining or improving customer service
- Understanding of inventory concepts & processes
- Excellent communication, work collaboratively, build relationships, time management and organisational skills
- Process and people focused & ability to coordinate & lead basic projects & implementations at shop floor and business levels
