**Role description**:
Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work in our transportation business, we are looking for a Senior Civil CAD 3D Modeler to join our team in Sydney.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Providing quality delivery of concept and detail designs using the latest CAD and 3D modeling software.
- Production of drawings and 3D models that are accurate, clear and concise and compliant with best practice and any other quality standards dictated by the nature of the project.
- Manage, plan, resource and complete assigned drafting and modeling tasks within agreed budgets and deadlines.
- Assisting in determining the drafting and modeling resources required for a project plan.
- Ability to work with our Global Design Centers and build working relationships with Global Design colleagues.
- Fostering innovation in digital design within a global consultancy.
- Provide guidance to other team members in the transition from 2D drafting to 3D modelling, including coaching, mentoring and development of their capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in 3D modelling and output into traditional drawings
- Work with Digital Engineering teams to deliver 3D models that meet DE requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar relevant qualification with experience in design, drafting or BIM delivery of roads and highways projects in Australia.
- Proven proficiency working in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or MicroStation software.
- Major project experience including multi-discipline project delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with other team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Quality Systems Control and Common Data Environments.
- High attention to detail, excellent client-focus and ability to deliver quality output within specified timelines.
