**Civil 3D Designer Drafter (Urban & Industrial Land Development)**

**PLEASE NOTE**:
To be considered for this role, you either be an** Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident** or you must have a visa allowing full working rights in Australia. **You must also have relevant industry experience** and meet the criteria outlined below.

**About You**
- Any relevant qualifications (**diploma or degree**).
- You'll need **a minimum of 12 Months Post apprenticeship experience** in Australia but prefer between 2 + years up to 5+ years.
- **Salary will be determined by your experience.** Our client is known for paying over industry averages for good people.
- You’ll need **local Drafting and Design experience,** ideally in Civil Land Development.
- You'll have experience with both **AutoCAD and Civil 3D (a must).**:

- Your communication and interpersonal skills need to be A-Grade, both written and verbal.
- You're ambitious and keen to progress your career.
- You will need to have **full working rights in Australia** - unrestricted.
- Sponsorship is NOT on offer (sorry).

**The Role**
- **Civil Drafting and Designing in industrial & urban land development.**:

- Working on projects Designing / Drafting in Stormwater/ Drainage/ Flood Planning/Bulk Earthworks/ OSD/ Roads/ Grading Designs.
- Work on the most exciting landmark projects in Australia in Industrial, Government Infrastructure, and be at the forefront of the Aerotropolis at Badgerys Creek, and the largest private projects in Sydney.
- Stormwater and road design projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
