Synergy has a rare opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated **Manager Health and Wellbeing** within our People Strategy and Social Value Unit based at our Perth CBD office.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a strategic health and wellbeing function that partners with the whole of business in providing leadership, advice and support to ensure the workplace environment nurtures the health, wellbeing and growth of all workers.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead the development and effective implementation of an overarching health and wellbeing strategy
- Develop a psychosocial risk framework to facilitate a systematic approach to assessing, managing, and mitigating psychosocial hazards and risks in the workplace
- Develop and manage a fit for purpose health surveillance screening, assessment and early intervention program for the whole of business

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree qualifications or equivalent experience in Health-related discipline or Psychology
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the areas of health and wellbeing practices
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to ensure a mentally healthy workplace.
