**About the role**

As the Headspace Manager, you will play a key role in leading people, business, project and clinical management across the full suite of service areas in primary and mental health, as well as education and vocation support. You will develop business plans & resources, ensure target and contractual requirements are met, build strong and collaborative partnerships and engage in clear and open internal communication.

Advanced clinical skills are also required, as the role oversees the provision of client management and counselling to a high standard of clinical practice that reflects a strong evidence base and makes professional clinical decisions including in high-risk situations as necessary.

**Key selection criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with AHPRA or AASW
- Demonstrated experience in delivering mental health services to clients, preferably with young people
- Experience in leading & supervising clinicians
