The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable professional to join Retail Shopping Centres team at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre on a full time, permanent basis.
The role:
The Administration Assistant will work closely with the centre administration team and extended teams to deliver all administrative functions for Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. You will be responsible for administrative tasks with a focus on accounts payable. This role reports to the Administration Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- End to end administration support across the centre management office.
- Responsible for processing of purchase orders and invoices in accordance with policy.
- Review of open purchase order reports and closing of purchase orders.
- Lease administration duties including review of monthly recurring billings, pre-trade charges, processing of contributions and completing associated calculations.
- Reconcile and manage tenant recoverable charges.
- Act as the first point of contact for all tenant administration enquiries.
- Support the team with lease and documentation audits.
- Participate in ongoing communication with retailers to build positive relationships with Centre Management team.
- General documentation management.
