**Tasks & Responsibilities are and not limited to the below** - full job description will be provided to the successful applicant.

**Catering Management**
- Catering support for business functions and meetings - set up and deliver catering for monthly meetings.
- Assist with monthly staff BBQs, assist in refreshments for Friday Drinks including cleaning afterwards

**Office Management**
- Oversee office facilities and ensure they are well-presented and clean and tidy at all times
- Monitor all meeting rooms and café areas so that they are presentable throughout the day
- Ensure fridges are always stocked.
- Manage the distribution of office/kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Provide weekly stocktake of all coffee, milk, kitchen food and stationery supplies
- Informing Facilities Coordinator of any faults
- Maintaining glass doors are kept free from marks
- General cleaning as requested

Job Type Full Time

Hours: 38 hours per week

Schedule:

- Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, 8am - 4pm
- Thurs 10am - 6pm

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Melbourne, VIC 3207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
