Catalina Rose Bay is currently recruiting Full Time Trade Waiters to join our front of house team.

**Requirements**:

- Current NSW RSA
- Certificate III in Hospitality (or its equivalent) and/or at least 18 - 24 months experience in fine dining or hatted restaurant
- Excellent English verbal skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Love of food, dining out and providing fantastic experiences for the customer

**The Position**
- Providing the highest level of service to restaurant patrons
- Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
- Explaining menu items, specials and beverage recommendations
- Taking orders and relaying them to back of house and bar staff
- Setting and clearing tables

Salary Range $70,000 + Super
