Marketing Specialist

The Craig Mostyn Group (CMG) is one of Australia’s leading diversified food and agribusiness companies. Jade Tiger Abalone operates three abalone aquaculture operations which are developing production capabilities of 350tpa and is vertically integrated from our selective breeding program through to processing and dispatch from our in-house export facilities. The Jade Tiger Abalone brand is increasingly recognised in premium Asian and domestic abalone markets by importers, customers, and chefs.

The Marketing Specialist will provide support to the JTA sales and marketing team including order processing, preparation of documentation and coordinating domestic and international sales as well as preparing JTA marketing resources, such as social media, point of sale, packaging, customer and partner relations, all of which support the growth of the Jade Tiger Abalone premium brand.

The role is located at Indented Head, however occasional off-site and after-hours promotional work may be required. The salary will range between $73,500 and $76,500 + super.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute brand marketing and promotional programs to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Plan, organize, and deliver trade shows and events to promote products and strengthen brand awareness.
- Develop, compile, and distribute informational kits for use in events and exhibitions, ensuring accurate and consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms to ensure current and engaging content.
- Design and oversee the packaging and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
- Assist with content creation, planning, and scheduling for all social media accounts to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve targeted business objectives.
- Provide market feedback to the operations and processing teams to identify customer needs and opportunities for product improvement, enhancing the company’s reputation

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in marketing in Simplified & Traditional Chinese language
- Experience in dealing with international customers, especially for key export market of Hong Kong
- Experience in producing and checking export sales documentation such as COO, BOL, etc
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and Canva
- Trade show / Event management experience
