We are seeking a highly motivated **Architectural Graduate** to join our Melbourne based design team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong design focus, excellent critical thinking abilities, and a passion for creating innovative, thoughtful architectural solutions.

**What will you be engaged in?**

As an Architectural Graduate at Populous, you’ll be immersed in the full spectrum of the design process, from early concepts through to detailed delivery, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from industry leaders.

In this role you will:

- Shape design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D models
- Produce diagrams, drawings, and perspectives that clearly communicate intent
- Collaborate with architects and designers, contributing to design and documentation
- Coordinating with external consultants
- Develop and refine 3D visualisations and presentation materials
- Support delivery through documentation, coordination, and submission packages

This is a role where you’ll actively contribute to projects that shape communities, while building the skills and experience to launch your architectural career.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an Architectural Graduate who brings creativity and curiosity to our team. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in collaboration, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to contribute to projects that shape communities.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Masters in Architecture (or equivalent)
- A strong design sensibility and critical thought process
- Strong representation skills: diagramming, sketching, 3D perspectives, and modelling
- Strong proactive thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in: Rhino, V-Ray & Enscape, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
