Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for our next Sales Assistant to join our Malaga branch.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Tools and Equipment Sales Manager, this is a full-time permanent opportunity with Monday to Friday hours (8:30am-5pm) where you will add significant value by:

- Providing customer support to stonemasons and tradespeople, answering inquiries about our products, product recommendations, order status and stock availability.
- Completing online learning modules (the CDK Academy) and working alongside industry experts to build your knowledge about our Tools & Equipment product range.
- Organising and arranging our product display to provide customers with a great experience the moment they enter the door.
- Helping out in the warehouse from time to time pick packing orders and moving products (we will help you get a forklift license).
- Assisting our Sales Representatives who are out on the road by following up on quotes, invoices, and completing purchase orders.

**About You**
- From your experience with customers, what has set you apart is your ability to adapt your style and build rapport with just about anyone
- You have a keen interest in the building industry or learning about tools and equipment. You would like your next career move to be into an industry you are passionate about whilst remaining in a customer facing role.
- Whether it was proactively asking your manager questions or taking the initiative to do your own research, you enjoy learning because it enables you to provide stronger recommendations to customers.
