**_This is a Monday - Friday full-time onsite role, however we are happy to consider flexibility in start and finish times. The role oversees:_**
- Ensuring all services and practices are delivered with a strong focus on the individual
- Provide Clinical Leadership, support, coaching and mentoring to staff
- Supervision and delegation of tasks to nursing and care staff teams within the facility
- Liaise with other health care professionals to ensure appropriate plans of care are facilitated and delivered.
- Building strong working relationships with staff, management, residents, families and suppliers
- Work with the Executive Team and the Clinical Governance Manager to monitor and evaluate service delivery to meet governance and strategic objectives; aligning with the Consumer Directed Care Model; meeting the outcomes of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Actively participate in operational planning and management
- Promoting a working environment supporting WH&S and infection control practices

- strong governance skills?
- financial management experience in successfully managing a residential aged care home?
- knowledge of call relevant legislation, ACFI / ANA-CC, regulatory requirements and professional standards?

**_Essential Criteria:_**
- Current Registered Nurses’ Registration with AHPRA
- Relevant experience as a facility manager with a demonstrated track record of governance and people management?
- Current Police Check required
- Current COVID vaccination
