This is a Sydney based role with #WFH opportunity.

**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Credit Officer**:
As a Credit Officer you will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debts for covered regions and working closely with the Sales and Finance teams to troubleshoot collection challenges.

**Functions will also include**:

- Maintaining strong knowledge of customer accounts and payment patterns for accurate cash forecasting
- Preparing periodic reports for management view, including aged A/R balances, bad debt risk, etc.
- Managing and solving customer disputes and supporting customer’s ad-hoc requests
- Coding invoices using SAP collections module to track status of outstanding receivables
- Supporting with other A/R related functions, including Credit & Customer set-up, Billing, Cash Applications

What are we looking for in a Credit Officer? What’s important?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field or 1-2 years Billing/Collections/AR/Finance experience with general knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- Analytical and has strong problem-solving skills

**Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required**:

- Experience in using an ERP system, specifically SAP
