Our client is a large Australian business with a big reputation for delivering first class projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew in Sydney of 40+ staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

One week you could be installing and commercial landscape for a Tier 1 in the city and the next you could be delivering work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects, such as the Rozelle Interchange or Sydney Airport.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret design plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report into the Company Directors
- Cost tracking and forecasting

**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
